Onsite General Manager
We’d like to formally introduce you to Nicole Hardeman, Onsite General Manager for Goodland. Nicole will be supporting the community while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community. Nicole is a strong and passionate leader who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with large-scale master planned development communities. Her background in community association management and dedication to providing superior service make her a great fit for Goodland, and we’re confident she’ll continue to provide steady support and structure while also creating a friendly and professional experience for each and every resident. TERESA MORGAN-MARTIN
Assistant General Manager
I am Teresa Morgan-Martin new Assistant General Manager for Goodland HOA. Born and raised in the DFW area, a true Texan at heart! With over 30 years of experience in Customer Related roles, I worked as a Safekeeping Utility Specialist at The Independent Bankers Bank for 10 years in Irving, TX.
When my family moved to Oklahoma City, I began a position as a General Manager with Accor Hotels. After 4 years, we moved back to Texas, which led me to HOA Management where I served as the Assistant General Manager of the Vendome on Turtle Creek, a Highrise Condominium in Dallas. I worked with Intercity Investments for 10 years.
With an educational background in Pastry Arts, I love baking! Other hobbies include cruising and spending time with family and friends.
I am excited to be here at Goodland and look forward to serving this beautiful community!
